Effective date: 13 June 2026
This End User Licence Agreement applies to ForceMap software supplied by Ultimate Golf Performance Pty Ltd trading as Ultimate Golf Education. It does not govern ordinary browsing, courses or workshops except where ForceMap software is supplied as part of an offer.
Subject to payment, activation and compliance with this EULA, UGE grants the authorised customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ForceMap for internal coaching, performance, education, research or studio workflows.
ForceMap may depend on compatible Windows environments, V1 Pro workflows, force plate data, video files, drivers, spreadsheets, OCR/export workflows and third-party hardware or software. UGE does not control third-party products and cannot guarantee compatibility after third-party changes.
You are responsible for obtaining consent and having lawful authority to collect, process, export, store and share data about golfers, players, athletes, students, clients or research participants. Do not send support files containing unnecessary personal information, sensitive information or full licence keys.
UGE may provide updates, fixes, feature changes, licence checks or support resources. Some features may be changed, paused or removed as the product evolves. Internet access may be required for activation, licence validation, updates or support.
ForceMap is a coaching and performance workflow tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation advice or guaranteed performance outcomes. Users must apply professional judgement and verify outputs before relying on them.
ForceMap, related code, product names, UI, reports, documentation, methods and branding are owned by UGE or its licensors. This EULA gives you a right to use the software, not ownership of it.
UGE may suspend or terminate the licence if you breach this EULA, fail to pay, misuse the software, compromise licence systems or create legal/security risk. On termination you must stop using ForceMap and delete unauthorised copies.
Nothing in this EULA excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGE excludes implied warranties and limits liability to remedies allowed by law.
This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory laws require otherwise.
